Serge and Nicole took a few years to build this house. They custom-made this beautiful house just for them. Their vegetable garden is right next to the gîte and you will certainly benefit from seasonal vegetables. They will be there to advise you on your visit choices.

Description of the accommodation

In this very comfortable house, all the ingredients come together for a great vacation! This independent house opposite the owners' house has a living room with TV and internet, a dining room with a fully equipped and integrated kitchen. On the ground floor, there is the 1st bedroom with 1 160 bed, a bathroom and a private terrace. Separate WC. Laundry room, washing machine. The 2 other bedrooms are located upstairs: one with 1 160 cm bed and one with 2 90 cm modular beds. Bathroom with 1 walk-in shower, double sink. Separate WC. You will enjoy a furnished terrace and a swimming pool covered by a salt dome, unheated, 9 x 4m, depth 1.40m, access by staircase, alarm, open from May to October, night lighting and a garden in the process of revegetating 1500 m2 (not enclosed). On-site parking for 3 cars.
Baby bed and high chair. Cleaning at end of stay 80€. Sheets and towels included. For a successful stay with family or friends in Périgord Noir, far from the crowds but close to the most prestigious sites, such as the famous castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Milandes, the magnificent gardens of Eyrignac or Marqueyssac, the pretty villages of Domme or La Roque-Gageac... and of course Sarlat and its old town! You are in the golden triangle, at the gates of Quercy (Padirac, Rocamadour, Collonges)! Inside, everything has been thought of so that your stay takes place in excellent conditions of comfort: underfloor heating, 2 bathrooms, bedrooms with larger beds, storage, harmonious and contemporary decoration . Welcoming owners (sheets and towels provided and beds made on arrival) and fine connoisseurs of the region who will give you a taste for good things.
