Es Nou is a marvellous Finca with private swimming pool and fantastic gardens, located in Portocristo, within walking distance from the beach (10 minutes walk).
The property is well decorated and mantained. On the outside, surrounding the swiming pool, there is an outdoor dinning area, chill out area and Barbecue, all overlooking the extensive and well manicured gardens. Parking area.
On the interior, 3 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has an amazing hand crafted stone bath, from where you can relax whilst enjoying the views that the garden has to offer. Porto Cristo is a coastal town located to the east of the island. It belongs to the municipality of Manacor. It has a significant range of hotels, shops, bars and restaurants as well as a marina with about 450 berths. Most bars and restaurants are concentrated near the Port. Its main beach precedes the entrance to the port, it is a beautiful sandy beach and is perfectly sheltered between cliffs. The coast near the town is full of coves of astonishing beauty.
