My name is Cathy and I am there Owner of the Gure Atherbia gite which is also the family home in which I live at certain times of the year with my 3 student children I will be happy to welcome you to this house which I I wanted warm and welcoming I work in National Education

Description of the accommodation

Town house, in PAU-Nord district (Hippodrome, Jaï Alaï, Zenith, Palais des Sports, Bois de Pau, Calicéo, Casino, Motorway entrance 5 mins). 5 km from the historic center and Henri IV castle (bus). Gure Atherbia means shelter or refuge in Basque, a well-chosen name for this cozy and comfortable house. Ground floor: Large living room of more than 50 m2 with a well-equipped kitchen area (gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher).
Warm and friendly living room, bathed in light (pellet stove, large screen TV, DVD player, wifi connection via fiber). Dining area opening onto the terrace.
2 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds). Shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet.
Upstairs, access via a spiral staircase: 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed, sheets provided for this bed).
Cleaning option 60 euros. Gas heating not included/Electricity (beyond the 8kw/day package) not included. 1 bag of pellets provided on arrival.
At the rear of the house, not overlooked: a pleasant west-facing wooden terrace, a wooded and enclosed garden with above-ground swimming pool for the summer (open mid-June, July, August, mid-September) , garden furniture, gas plancha, 2 sun loungers.
At the front of the house, a small unfenced green space. Your gîte is independent. Only the garage has shared access with the owner (gardening equipment) and her little cat (access for food and litter).
You can store your equipment there and access the washing machine which you will have exclusive use of. Cars have free parking on the street which is a dead end.

The price includes: - Water within the limit of reasonable consumption
- A package of 8 kWh/day of electricity
The price does not include: - gas consumption based on a daily reading of actual consumption (Gaspar meter) current rate
- The cleaning package: 60 euros to subscribe if you do not wish to do the cleaning initially (a minimum is still required). If you do not take the cleaning package, a cleaning deposit of 60 euros in check will be required upon entry to the premises.
