Description of the accommodation

Located in the heart of Parentis en Born, in a quiet family area, this independent 4-star house of 95 m² with reversible air conditioning welcomes you in its warm atmosphere. The house has a pleasant living room with television and Wifi (the pellet stove is not functional). A fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator... It is made up of two beautiful bedrooms with storage. The first bedroom has a 140 bed and the second bedroom has a 160 bed. If you come with a baby, a travel cot and a high chair will be available to rent. A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. A pantry with washing machine and refrigerator complete the services. For the more sporty, you have two bikes, a surfboard and a bodyboard with their wetsuits (size L), perfect for enjoying our region! The garage will only be open for access to boards, bikes and the meter. On the outside, a garden lounge with deckchairs, parasol and charcoal barbecue allowing you to enjoy the sunny days. Three parking spaces are available in front of the property. Possibility of renting on a monthly basis during the off-season.
