Quiet and in the heart of the city center (market, restaurants and shops 200m away), the lake is accessible on foot or by bike (2km), ideal for boating or paddleboarding and the ocean is 25 minutes away by car to get to your surf lessons. Close to cycle paths, Pyla dune and Arcachon basin. The house has 6 bedrooms with storage (4 with double beds, 1 family with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, the last with 3 single beds), a bright veranda ideal for your group or family meals, as well as a pleasant private garden equipped with deck chairs, outdoor table and barbecue. The house also has a washing machine, dishwasher, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV corner, wifi, 3 bathrooms as well as several parking spaces. You park and you can, if you wish, go by bike to the lake to relax, have fun at aqua-leisure or admire the sunset, you can also walk to the city center to do your shopping or have a coffee Terrace.
