My Home Connexion offers you for seasonal rental this Mas located in Paradou, a small Provençal village leaning against the Alpilles mountain range. Immersed in a green and intimate setting, the Mas benefits from a pretty enclosed plot of 1,300 m² which is made up of several spaces to savor every moment of your stay. Near the swimming pool (12x6m) secured by a roller shutter, you will find a Pool House as well as garden furniture for sunny lunches. Returning to the house, you will pass the main terrace with barbecue and will be delighted to feel the beginning of the beautiful summer evenings. Inside, the 220 m² farmhouse is on 2 levels with on the ground floor, living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom and upstairs, two bedrooms which share a bathroom, not forgetting that each room is air-conditioned! The enchantment wins over you, it's time to go on vacation, direction Paradou.

Sheets included, cleaning 200€ - A lump sum may be withheld from the security deposit if the bins have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures entrance and if there is a shortage of laundry.
