To rent in Benitachell in Costa Blanca this pleasant villa with private pool located in the quiet residential area "La Joya", in the heart of the Mediterranean landscape, halfway between Jávea, Moraira and Teulada. Its elevated position gives us excellent panoramic views of the region's majestic inland landscape. Only 5 km separate us from the famous "El Portet" beach in Moraira, a beautiful coastal town where you can explore a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Adventurers will find various water activities along the beach. The Jávea golf course is a few minutes from the villa. This villa on the Costa Blanca is an excellent option if you are looking for relaxation and fun for an unforgettable holiday experience. The entrance offers parking for 1 car, followed by a spacious terrace which is surrounded by a magical Mediterranean-style garden. The private swimming pool is the heart of the house and offers unforgettable views. The swimming pool is surrounded by deckchairs and several shaded and sunny areas. The interior of Nieto is only the upper part of the villa. We enter a balcony with outdoor dining area and view of the Mediterranean landscape, a small glazed terrace and then we arrive in a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. We continue to a spacious living/dining room with Sat+TV, a bedroom with a double bed with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Then there are two bedrooms with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with shower. From the balcony, stairs lead to the pool terrace with a large terrace and garden furniture. At the back of the house there is a barbecue area, ideal for summer evenings.
