Originally from Monpazier, we were keen to participate in the tourist and cultural development of our village by offering a cottage corresponding to the local heritage of Périgord. We like to welcome you in this peaceful setting and talk to you to help you discover our region.

Description of the accommodation

50 m from Monpazier (all shops), house of 120 m2 adjoining uninhabited buildings. Ground floor: Living room with kitchen area and lounge area with WiFi internet connection. Shower room with WC. Floor: 3 bedrooms: 3 140 cm beds. Bathroom. Separate WC. Oil central heating. Garage. Laundry room. Enclosed grounds of 400 m2 with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and ping-pong table. Unfenced land of 500 m2. Parking on private land belonging to the owner 20 m from the entrance to the gîte; Guests can unload their luggage at the gîte then park in this shaded area. The street visible in the photo with the Gîtes de France sign is a dead end. Electricity included. Towels €5/person/change. Sheets €12/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €65. Heating €10/day. Beautiful restored village house in exposed stone at the gates of the Bastide de Monpazier with breathtaking views of the Dropt Valley and the surrounding hillsides. Considered a “model bastide”, Monpazier is the jewel of the Périgord bastides. Founded in 1284 by Edward I of England, this city has retained its original character. Monpazier is a village of artistic crafts. The Château de Biron is 8 km away and the Abbey of Cadouin 15 km away. Marked hiking trails are accessible in the surrounding area.
