Lower level: living room-equipped kitchen, troglodyte bedroom (bed 140) benefiting from the window of its adjoining bathroom, separate toilet. Small lounge area (3 steps down). Ground floor with street level entrance: bright living room (sofa, etc.), “suspended” office. WIFI connection. Floor: 2nd bedroom (mezzanine overlooking the living room: 140 bed). The lowest lower level (level -2) is accessible by an exterior stone staircase (and also from the lower level): large vaulted and paved cellar. Gite not suitable for people with disabilities. Electric heaters (extra/metered). Public parking nearby. Flat rate supplement of €20/week for use of the fireplace.
