Only 7km from the beaches, our cottage benefits from an ideal location for discovering the oceanic Landes, dynamic, wild and natural in all seasons. The free summer shuttle as well as the nearby cycle paths allow you to reach the beaches in complete safety. The village of Lit-et-Mixe offers all the amenities and services necessary for your stay. Our cottage is a functional and modern independent house. You will appreciate its brightness, its comfort and the small private outdoor space dedicated to you. An address to remember for your vacation or a business trip to the Silver Coast... This vacation rental is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor:
a day room with lounge area (WIFI, TV, 2-seater sofa bed), dining area, open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a bathroom (shower and washing machine),
a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (2 140cm beds), an attic cabin bedroom of 6.5m² (1 90cm bed), a second toilet.
For your comfort, sheets, bathroom and household linen are included as are water, electricity and heating charges. The exterior consists of:
a terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Parking is on the property. The property which also includes the owners' home is located on Departmental Road 66 leading from Uza to Lit et Mixe.
A free summer shuttle takes you to the beaches from the village.
