The privileged location of Linxe, 15 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and 10 minutes from Lake Léon on the Vielle side, makes it a destination of choice all year round! Located in the village, the Clos Duche has been designed to provide you with the comfort necessary for a good stay and to offer you the convenience of a private swimming pool on site (4x6 m, flat bottom depth 1.30m, secured by an alarm). Open from June to September depending on weather. You will benefit from a well-kept garden, a pleasant wooden terrace overlooking the swimming pool with garden furniture, gas barbecue, access to the cottage is via an electric gate, with the possibility of bringing in vehicles. This vacation rental located mainly on the ground floor offers:
a living room with open kitchen (fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave), living room and lounge (television, wifi), 2 bedrooms (1 bed in 140, and 3 beds in 90), bathroom with shower with tray, hanging toilet in bathroom. The washing machine-dryer combination is installed in the bathroom. For your comfort, sheets are included as well as household linen, bathroom linen is available for rental. The cottage has a mezzanine with 1 140 cm floor bed (for teenagers), and a relaxation area, but under a crawling surface. Baby equipment can be made available to you (bed, high chair and bathtub). Gîte opposite the school in the village. Around Linxe, the forest is omnipresent, preserved and abundant. If you are a fan of walking, take the “Binaou” hiking trail for beautiful walks in the forest. By bike or mountain bike (rental nearby), explore the “Lo Camin de Hé” cycle path in harmony with the nature that surrounds you. Don't forget local products! bring back a little of the Landes and the South-West in your suitcases and extend your vacation!

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
