This former workshop has been completely rehabilitated into a large rental ideal for a vacation with your whole tribe. You will be charmed by the interior space with its immense 75m² living room, the brightness of the rooms, the quality of the materials and the resolutely modern decoration mixing wood and metal. A chic and sober address on the Landes coast to absolutely discover.... A few steps from Lake Léon, on a superb park with trees and flowers, this former independent workshop fitted out on the ground floor, with spacious living room/lounge opening onto the kitchen , pantry, 5 bedrooms + 1 dormitory (4 140 cm beds, and 7 90 cm beds including 4 bunk beds), 4 shower rooms, 3 toilets. Equipment: Washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, TV, freezer, wood stove, electric and central heating (heat pump), shared enclosed grounds. Baby equipment. For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen and household linen are provided, beds are made upon your arrival: which represents a saving of €180. Garden furniture, barbecue, covered terrace and pergola, courtyard.
Shared enclosed land of 7000 m² with private area. Owner 50 m away. Cleaning option possible to be paid on site €100. The maximum capacity of the gîte is 15 people: no additional people can be accepted. IMPERATIVE all invitations of people during the stay must be subject to request for authorization from the owner - Beyond an animal, consult us, if agreement €30 per week per additional animal.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
