From this old Landes house where wood and brick are the key words, you can walk to the nearby lake and enjoy all the shops in the town on foot. Independent house with modern comfort, living room, kitchen, 6 bedrooms (5 140 beds, 5 90 beds including 4 bunk beds), 4 bathrooms, 2 toilets, relaxation area. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, microwave, TV, DVD. WIRELESS. Insert (wood not supplied).
For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen and household linen are provided, beds are made upon your arrival: which represents a saving of €180.
Private garden terrace, barbecue, garden furniture. Baby bed and high chair. Lake road running along the land. The maximum capacity of the gîte is 14 people: no additional people can be accepted. IMPERATIVE all invitations of people during the stay must be subject to request for authorization from the owner. Beyond one animal, contact us, if agreed €30 per week per additional animal. Pets must be kept on a leash on the property.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Wood is not provided by the owner. The tenant can bring or buy some at the local Carrefour Market.
