This holiday home offers you comfort and calm on any occasion. Lou Ceré with its rustic and comfortable atmosphere benefits from a calm forest setting and a private enclosed garden of approximately 500m². Adjoining another gite, it is composed of: an independent equipped kitchen, a living room with insert, 2 bedrooms upstairs (2 140 cm beds), a bathroom, 2 toilets, pantry . Non-smoking gîte. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi, microwave, mobicarte, reversible air conditioning. Sheets, bathroom and household linen for rental.
Baby equipment on demand. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. 2 adult bikes available. Chickens, roosters and pigeons, production and sale of organic products next to the cottage. Second animal subject to owner agreement, if agreement a supplement of €100/week will be charged.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
