Description of the accommodation

This typical independent house is nestled in a hamlet of a few houses on an open garden of 2000m2.
It has, on the ground floor, a living room area (sofa, TV), a separate kitchen with a dining area (small dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), and a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. The bedrooms are upstairs: 2 beds of 160 and 2 beds of 90. In fine weather, you can enjoy the private swimming pool (open from June to the end of September, size 12X5m, depth of 1.20m to 1.75m, entrance by steps, secured by an alarm, unheated). Sun loungers around the swimming pool, garden furniture and barbecue next to the house. Private on-site parking. Sheets, bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included in this rental. You can choose to relax by the private swimming pool or visit the heart of the Vézère Valley, the cradle of prehistory.
You will be ideally located to discover the richness of Périgord heritage, just 12 minutes by car from the International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 and 23 km from the medieval city of Sarlat.
