Description of the accommodation

Charming apartment located on the first floor of a secure luxury residence and can accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation consists of an entrance which opens onto a living room with modern decoration, opening onto the balcony and equipped with a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed as well as a dining table. You will have a beautiful modern open kitchen, fully equipped (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, etc.) as well as a small office space. The sleeping area includes a spacious and bright bedroom equipped with a 160 bed and a built-in cupboard. Finally, there is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a washing machine. You can enjoy a very pleasant little balcony to have an aperitif after returning from the beach. A private parking space in the basement of the residence completes the package. You can only be seduced by the quality of the services and the location offered by this accommodation, a stone's throw from the famous Hossegor Lake and the ocean, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
