Description of the accommodation

HASPARREN, C710: This large house is located at the exit of the village of Hasparren. Made up of 3 levels, this very large residence has been completely and tastefully renovated. It is ideal for welcoming vacationers, with families or friends, since it offers 14 beds, divided into 11 rooms.
The ground floor accommodates the living rooms: equipped kitchen, dining area, entrance, living room and TV lounge. The large entrance opens onto the living room, equipped with a working fireplace (wood not provided). The TV lounge is independent.
The 1st floor offers 7 bedrooms as well as a shower room and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms open onto the balcony (countryside and terrace view) and two others have their own bathroom or shower room.
The 2nd floor is made up of two "dormitories" as well as two bedrooms. A bathroom with separate WC is there.
The large terrace, entirely paved, is equipped with garden furniture, as well as a table with chairs for meals.
The plus: an outbuilding converted into a games room: billiards, bar, pinball, etc.

The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us what they believe is not compliant, or what our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. The latter will show that everything is working and that no degradation is to be deplored. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be canceled (CB) or returned canceled (check), after the effective departure of the tenants.
