Fouras, very nice renovation in a quiet area, a stone's throw from the town center and the beach, single storey fitted out for 4 people + a child, including a living room with fitted kitchen, a bathroom, WC, and 2 bedrooms + mezzanine. Kitchen equipment: refrigerator + freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, extractor hood, toaster, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner... Bedding: 2 beds of 140 and an extra bed of 90, a 60X120 travel cot. Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture, parasols, barbecue. Paved and enclosed courtyard. Area: 60 m². NEARBY: Located 300 m from the city center and all shops, 500 m from one of the 5 fine sand beaches. Rochefort thermal establishment 15 minutes away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €100. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100.
