This lovely apartment is an excellent base to enjoy a holiday on the Costa del Sol. Very centrally located in the community of Puerto Alto within short walking distance to the marina, Estepona's most famous beach of 'Playa del Cristo', the promenade and local supermarkets.
Carefully prepared for a great holiday, whether in summer or winter the apartment offers a modern living/dining area with a comfortable sofa and table seating 4. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge-freezer, dish washer, oven, microwave and washing machine. Connecting from the lounge area is the amazing sheltered terrace with outdoor furniture, with partial sea views overlooking the garden area. Puerto Alto is a gated and secure community with 2 large swimming pools (opening hours may vary depending on the season) and private parking underneath the apartment. Surrounded by the main tourist spots and near to restaurants, tapas bars, shops, supermarkets, and all without the need for a car. The beautiful old town of Estepona with its flower-filled plazas, narrow streets, small boutiques and whitewashed houses is a short stroll.Estepona City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought. This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given.
