75 m² cottage located in the countryside where animals are welcome.
On the ground floor: Equipped and open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3 gas hob and one electric). Living room with pellet stove, a sofa with two seats and two armchairs, 80cm TV, WIFI (optical fiber). Independent WC (sanibroyeur). Bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, bathroom with bathtub (shower wall), sink and washing machine. Upstairs: Mezzanine with reading corner, two very attic bedrooms, each with a 90x190cm bed. Baby bed and high chair available. Adjoining terrace, not overlooked, 50m², adjoining the gîte with garden furniture and barbecue. Two private parking spaces in front of the gîte.
All-inclusive accommodation: energy charges, sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. For the stove, two bags of pellets are provided per week. 5 km from the Val Joly Tourist Station, Sars Poteries Glass Museum 15 km away, Maubeuge 30 km away. Eppe-Sauvage is located on the border with Belgium, in the heart of the Avesnois Regional Natural Park. In the past, the city was home to a lordship, testifying to the village's ancient past.
