Description of the accommodation

This charming 40m2 studio on the edge of the road in the village of Coly, has a private, open garden of 200m2 and a terrace equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue.
You will have a main room with a kitchen area and foldaway sofa bed measuring 140x190, as well as an independent bathroom with shower and WC. The cottage has private parking. Cleaning at end of stay 60€. Sheets and towels €8 per change/per person. Animal supplement €3 per day. A house completely restored with taste and modernity! The real cozy nest for your vacation. The location of this gîte, located in the heart of the Vézère Valley, will allow you to quickly and easily explore the many surrounding tourist sites: The famous Lascaux cave, the Thot park, troglodyte dwellings such as Roque Saint- Christophe, the Maison Forte de Reignac or the village of La Madeleine. You can also explore the majestic Sarlat and the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" located nearby, including Saint-Amand de Coly and Saint-Léon sur Vézère! At the Château des Abbés, several dining options will be available to you. Finally, hiking enthusiasts will be served thanks to the numerous trails in the surrounding area, particularly along the Coly, a small river flowing into the Vézère.
