A bedroom equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed with large wall cupboard as well as a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and washing machine) complete this accommodation.
You will be 50 m from Avall beach in the suburbs and 10 minutes walk from the historic center of the city. Municipal paid parking lots nearby.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)
