Description of the accommodation

In Capbreton, prime location for this pleasant apartment located on the ground floor of a residence and 2 minutes walk from Santocha beach. You can enjoy a living room with a beautiful renovated and fully equipped open kitchen ( microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher), a modern bathroom and a separate toilet.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a large 140cm bed and television and finally 2 bunk beds located in the living room. A private parking space will complete the package. End of stay cleaning included in the reservation price from the end of June to the beginning of September only and optional the rest of the year. To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.
