We offer this house of 70m² on a large garden (with porch and swing for children, and ping-pong table) 500m from the beach and the town center of Cabourg.
This villa has on the ground floor a large living / dining room of 26m² (with flat screen TV, DVD player, I-Phone speaker) and a fully equipped independent kitchen (2 hotplates, dishwasher , refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven and washing machine in the back kitchen, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso).
On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms (a 160x200 bed in the 1st and 2 trundle beds 90x190 in the 2nd) and a bathroom (with bath and dryer).
Independent toilets on the ground floor and on the 1st floor.
