Description of the accommodation

Ideally located in a residence 300m from the beach in the Marais Girard district, semi-detached house comprising: direct entrance to living room with relaxation area (sofa + TV), dining area (table + chairs) and kitchen area renovated in 2023 (induction hob, refrigerator + freezer section, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher).
On the ground floor, a bedroom: 1 x 140 + storage.
A bathroom (shower cabin + sink) with WC inside (but separated by a door).
On the mezzanine open to the living room and under ramps: 2 x 90 + 1x 140 + chest of drawers.
A paved and enclosed patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, electric barbecue).
A private parking space.

From the residence, you can reach the heart of the Marais Girard district on foot in a few minutes with its beach, children's play area and restaurants. Immediate proximity to the cycle path.
