About 600m from the Marais-Girard beach, about 1200m from the town center, in a quiet cul-de-sac, small country house with enclosed garden including direct entrance to the living room (corner sofa, coffee table, living room furniture, TV, table, chairs), fitted and equipped kitchen open to living room (hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer section, storage).
2 bedrooms: (1 x 140cm + wardrobe) and (2 x 90cm bunk beds + 1 single bed).
