Pied de Chaume district, halfway between the shops and the seaside, recently renovated 80m² single-storey house including: an entrance, a living room (table, chairs, sofa, flat screen TV), a separate equipped kitchen (table, chairs, 4-burner gas hob, hood, microwave, mini-oven, refrigerator with freezer section and dishwasher).
3 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed + a dressing room in each bedroom.
Separate shower room and WC.
From the kitchen, you access the pleasant terrace located at the back of the house. It is equipped with garden and relaxation furniture + charcoal barbecue and awning.
A garage used as a bicycle room with a laundry area with washing machine.
