Description of the accommodation

In the heart of the lively La Parée district (restaurants, concerts, etc.) and just 50m from the beach, house comprising: entrance to equipped kitchen (hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer section), living room (table, chairs and sideboard) and lounge area with sofa + TV, bathroom with WC inside (washing machine).
Upstairs: a sea view terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, electric barbecue), a pleasant sea view cabin bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90 + storage) and a bedroom with 140 bed + cupboard.

Ideally located, this house will be the ideal base for a “walking” holiday for couples or families.
Parking of a small car possible in front of the house otherwise, unloading possible in front of the house then parking in a free public car park nearby.
