Description of the accommodation

300m from the beautiful Dunes beach, in a small residence, type 3 house + mezzanine including a living room (sofa, armchair, flat screen TV + DVD) and a fitted and equipped kitchen (3 gas burners + 1 pl. electric, multifunction microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer).
A hallway leads to a bedroom, a separate toilet and a bathroom (vanity unit + shower).
Bedroom n°1 (ground floor): double bed (160) + cupboard.
UPSTAIRS: a mezzanine open to the living room with a BZ + a chest of drawers.
A second bedroom: 2 single beds (90) and 1 bunk bed (2x 90).

The living room opens onto a beautiful wooden terrace (garden furniture, parasol and barbecue) with an outdoor shower.
A garage used for bicycle storage. Private parking in front of the house.
