Description of the accommodation

Pretty house ideally located between the sea and the city center including direct entrance into a fitted and equipped kitchen (hood, gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer...), a living room/living room opening onto the terrace, on the ground floor a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the mezzanine (open to the living room), a sleeping area with 2 90 cm beds.
An enclosed garden with terrace (awning, garden furniture, deckchairs and built-in barbecue), garage used as bicycle storage (with washing machine).
Parking for 2 cars possible on site.
