Description of the accommodation

Located in a residence with unheated collective swimming pool and open between mid-June and mid-September, in the lively Parée district, type 3 two-story house (sleeps 4) with private garden.
The accommodation includes: a main living room (table, chairs, sofa, TV cabinet + TV), kitchenette area (fridge with freezer section, 4 electric hotplates, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher), a hallway and separate toilet .
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140 + storage) (2 x 90 + storage) and a bathroom with shower and sink.
Private garden with table, chairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue, 2 sun loungers.
Washing machine and freezer in storage room and private parking space.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package AS AVAILABLE (+75€), to be booked with the agency.
