700m from Sauzaie beach, in a dead end, type 3 single-storey holiday home (sleeps 5) including a living room with dining area (table, benches, chairs), relaxation area (library, sofa, armchair , coffee table, flat screen TV) and a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob).
A hallway serves the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom (bath, sink, storage) and separate WC.
