Description of the accommodation

In a holiday residence with collective swimming pool (open in summer) and tennis court, house comprising a living room (sofa, flat screen TV, table, chairs), a kitchenette area (2 ceramic hobs, Top fridge, mini- oven, microwave), a bedroom with 1 x 140 cm + cupboard, a bathroom with bathtub and sink, interior toilet but separate from the bathroom.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with chest of drawers opening onto a small room under a ramp with 2 x 90 cm.
Garden with south/east facing terrace including garden furniture (table, chairs, deck chairs, parasol and barbecue).
Garden shed.
Private parking.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package AS AVAILABLE (+60€), to be reserved with the agency.
A cleaning deposit may be requested.
