Description of the accommodation

In a residence with heated collective swimming pool (open between mid-June and mid-September), Pied de Chaume district, 5-bed maisonette, located approximately 600m from the beach and shops including: direct entrance to living room (flat screen TV, table, chairs), fitted kitchen area (3 electric hotplates, refrigerator with freezer section, microwave, mini-oven), 1 alcove open to living room (1 BZ sofa + cupboard), bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine, toilet).
On the mezzanine open to the living room (1 x 140 cm + 1 x 90 cm).
Patio with covered terrace (garden furniture, table, chairs, electric barbecue) and private parking.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package AS AVAILABLE (+60€), to be reserved with the agency.
A cleaning deposit may be requested.
