Located halfway between Les Sables d'Olonne and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, on the edge of the ocean, the 23 hectare Domaine des Fermes Marines, a third of which is reserved for the environment and greenery, is located between 200 and 800 m from the seaside of Brétignolles Sur Mer.
The accommodations grouped in small pavilions each have an enclosed patio and generally overlook the green spaces. The estate has a heated outdoor swimming pool open in high season, outdoor tennis courts that can be used all year round, a playground for children, a pétanque area and a seasonal shopping centre. This village is ideal for a good family holiday.

Description of the accommodation

In a holiday residence with heated swimming pool (open between mid-June and mid-September) and collective tennis courts, pleasant Ferme Marine type 2 including a living room with dining area (table, chairs + buffet) and rest area (convertible sofa 1 x 140 cm, flat screen TV), fitted kitchen area (ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer section, dishwasher, oven, microwave).
A hallway leads to a bedroom (1 x 140 cm + cupboard), a bathroom with washing machine (shower and sink), and separate toilet.
Tiled patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, barbecue and parasol). Private parking.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning DEPENDING ON AVAILABLE (+60€), to be booked with the agency.
