5 km from Salignac-Eyvigues, detached detached house of 70 m2. Ground floor: Living room with kitchen area and lounge area. Separate WC. Floor: 2 bedrooms: 2 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed. Shower room. In the heart of Périgord Noir, 22 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, isolated house 500 m from a hamlet and 2 km from Borrèze located in a wooded area (Possibility of picking mushrooms in season). La Roque Gageac, one of the 'most beautiful villages in France'... and Vézère Valley, its prehistoric sites, Montignac with the International Center for Cave Art Lascaux IV, Les Eyzies de Tayac...
