9 km from Salignac-Eyvigues (Shops), detached detached house of 110 m2. Ground floor: Living room with kitchen area and lounge area with wood stove in the fireplace. 2 bedrooms: 2 140cm beds. Shower room. Separate WC. Floor: 3 bedrooms: 3 140 cm beds. Bathroom. Separate WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Unfenced land of 1200 m2. Garden Lounge. Sun bathing. Barbecue. No wifi in the gîte but 4G works well. Linen included. Towels €8/person/change. Sheets (beds not made) €10/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €60. Heating beyond 8 kW/day: €0.15/additional kW. Stère de bois 55 € 10 km from the Dordogne Valley and 25 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage, an old mill located in the valley in the middle of wooded hillsides. The stream, with a depth of approximately 20 cm, flows in front of the gîte and passes under the house; between the living room and the kitchen, a window on the ground allows you to see the stream (There is a partial fence in the park in front of the house but the entire length of the stream is not fenced). The 2 millstones are visible outside. Very touristy region which will allow you to visit the prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley (Lascaux II, Les Eyzies de Tayac...), the castles (Castelnaud, Beynac, Montfort...) and villages of the Dordogne Valley (La Roque Gageac...) but also Rocamadour and Padirac in the Lot.
