We offer you for your holidays on the Atlantic coast this magnificent villa with swimming pool for 6 people. In the town of Angoulins sur mer, close to the shops and beaches of Angoulins and Chatelaillon-Plage, just 15 minutes from the city center of LA ROCHELLE. This summer, take advantage of the 3-hour train ride to reach the Paris Olympics and come back to enjoy this beautiful setting and the swimming pool.
The villa consists of a large entrance hall leading to a pleasant living room and lounge with flat screen TV, a 20m² master suite (160x200 bed) with bathroom, toilet. A fully equipped and fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 3-burner induction hob, microwave), with a dining room under a veranda opening onto the garden and the swimming pool. A utility room with washing machine and sink.
Upstairs, a mezzanine, two beautiful bedrooms each equipped with a bed (160x200) and a bathroom with WC. Terrace under awning.
It is possible to park a vehicle on the plot, sliding electric gate. The swimming pool is equipped with a bar cover protection system. WIFI access. Walled garden.
Our animal friends are not allowed and peaceful use is desired to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Possibility to rent linens at an additional cost.
